Objectif de la formation Training Objective
Cette formation professionnelle a pour objectif de permettre l'accès à la qualification et à l'insertion de demandeurs d'emploi dans les métiers de la tuyauterie industrielle. Un tuyauteur industriel est chargé de fabriquer, assembler, installer et entretenir des réseaux de tuyauterie pour transporter divers fluides dans des installations industrielles. This professional training aims to provide access to qualification and employment in industrial piping trades. An industrial pipefitter is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping networks to transport various fluids in industrial facilities.
Tout au long de cette formation vous serez capable de : Throughout this training, you will be able to:
- Lecture de plans et schémas techniques : Interprétation avancée des plans de tuyauterie. Reading plans and technical diagrams: Advanced interpretation of piping plans.
- Techniques de préparation, d'assemblage, et d'installation : Maîtrise des outils de coupe, soudage, ajustement, et positionnement des tuyaux. Preparation, assembly, and installation techniques: Mastery of cutting tools, welding, fitting, and pipe positioning.
- Contrôles, essais, maintenance, et réparations : Vérification de l'étanchéité, de la résistance, et compétences en entretien des systèmes de tuyauterie. Controls, tests, maintenance, and repairs: Verification of tightness, resistance, and maintenance skills for piping systems.
Certification Certification
Cette formation est sanctionnée par un Diplôme de Qualification Professionnelle (DQP) en Tuyauterie Industrielle. This training is sanctioned by a Professional Qualification Diploma (DQP) in Industrial Piping.
COMPÉTENCES PROFESSIONNELLES VISÉES TARGETED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Lire et interpréter les plans et les schémas techniques : Comprendre les spécifications pour préparer les matériaux nécessaires à la fabrication et à l'installation des tuyauteries. Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams: Understand specifications to prepare materials needed for pipe fabrication and installation.
- Préparer et assembler les tuyauteries : Couper, souder et ajuster les tuyaux selon les dimensions et les spécifications requises. Prepare and assemble piping: Cut, weld, and fit pipes according to required dimensions and specifications.
- Installer les réseaux de tuyauterie : Positionner et fixer les tuyauteries dans les installations industrielles, en respectant les normes de sécurité et les spécifications techniques. Install piping networks: Position and fix piping in industrial facilities, respecting safety standards and technical specifications.
- Effectuer les contrôles et les essais : Vérifier l'étanchéité, la résistance et le bon fonctionnement des tuyauteries installées. Perform controls and tests: Verify the tightness, resistance, and proper functioning of installed piping.
- Assurer la maintenance et les réparations : Entretenir et réparer les systèmes de tuyauterie pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement. Ensure maintenance and repairs: Maintain and repair piping systems to ensure their proper functioning.
- Insertion et techniques de communication : Aptitude à l'informatique et Internet ; Outils et techniques de recherche d'emploi ; Structure et organisation de l'entreprise ; L'entrepreneuriat. Integration and communication techniques: Computer and Internet literacy; Job search tools and techniques; Company structure and organization; Entrepreneurship.
- Environnement commercial et juridique : Connaissance de l'entreprise et du droit commercial. Business and legal environment: Knowledge of business and commercial law.
- Cours de langues (Anglais & Français) Language courses (English & French)
- Niveau minimum requis : Tle - Upper Sixth Minimum required level: Tle - Upper Sixth
- 3 mois de stage en entreprise 3 months internship in a company
