Cette formation professionnelle a pour objectif de permettre l'accès à la qualification et à l’insertion des demandeurs d’emploi dans les métiers du MARKETING DIGITAL. L’attaché commercial ou chargé de clientèle est un commercial responsable à la fois du développement du portefeuille prospects/clients sur un secteur géographique ou sur un marché précis, de la présentation des caractéristiques et le positionnement des produits, et de la mise en œuvre et l’organisation extérieure des points de ventes et de promotions.

- Organiser et gérer le suivi des commandes ;
- Assurer l’interface entre les services commerciaux.
Formation sanctionnée par un Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) en MARKETING DIGITAL.
This professional training aims to provide access to qualification and employability in DIGITAL MARKETING professions. The sales representative or account manager is responsible for developing a client/prospect portfolio in a specific geographic area or market, presenting product characteristics and positioning, and organizing external sales and promotional activities.
- Acquire new clients (individuals and businesses);
- Organize and manage order follow-up;
- Act as the interface between commercial services.
The program leads to a Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP) in DIGITAL MARKETING.
- Marketing & Analyse du marché : Analyse marketing (produit, prix, distribution, position concurrentielle) ; Outils et Techniques d’étude de marché
- Pratiques commerciales & gestion des ventes : Plan d’action commerciale, Gestion des clients, Vente de services aux entreprises, en/hors magasin
- Communication commerciale : Marketing direct, publicité, promotion, Outils/Méthodes de prospection, Animation commerciale (foire, hypermarché)
- Applications Informatiques : Sage Gestion commerciale, SPSS
- Insertion professionnelle et pratiques d'entreprise : Aptitude à l’informatique (bureautique & Internet), Organisation de l'entreprise, Outils et techniques d'entrepreneuriat.
Niveau minimum requis : Tle – Upper Sixth
Stage : 3 mois de stage en entreprise
- Marketing & Market Analysis: Marketing analysis (product, price, distribution, competitive positioning); Market study tools and techniques
- Sales Practices & Management: Sales action plan, Client management, Sales of services to companies (in/out of store)
- Business Communication: Direct marketing, advertising, promotion, Prospecting tools/methods, Sales animation (fairs, supermarkets)
- IT Applications: Sage Commercial Management, SPSS
- Professional integration & business practices: Computer skills (office automation & Internet), Organization of the company, Tools and techniques of entrepreneurship.
Minimum required level: Upper Sixth
Internship: 3 months in-company internship
